Return & Refund Policy
- A full, unconditional refund can be requested at any time before the order is shipped.
- After the order is shipped but before it arrives at customs, an unconditional refund can still be requested; however, a handling fee (3.9% of the total payment amount) will be deducted.
- Once the order has arrived at customs, unconditional refunds are no longer accepted.
