Return & Refund Policy

  1. A full, unconditional refund can be requested at any time before the order is shipped.
  2. After the order is shipped but before it arrives at customs, an unconditional refund can still be requested; however, a handling fee (3.9% of the total payment amount) will be deducted.
  3. Once the order has arrived at customs, unconditional refunds are no longer accepted.
  4. Within 7 days after the delivery is marked as signed, if the product has any quality issues, please contact customer service to request a return or exchange.
  5. After 7 days and within 30 days of delivery confirmation, returns are no longer accepted. If the product has any quality issues, please contact customer service to request an exchange.
  6. The product comes with a 5-year warranty and lifetime paid repair service starting from the date of delivery. Please contact customer service for details at any time.

  8. Generally speaking, when you apply for a refund, we will return your fee through the original payment channel. However, if the original payment method cannot be refunded or you request a refund by other means, we will contact you.

  10. If you have used the discount/voucher/discount code, all amounts and handling fees will be calculated based on actual payment when returning the goods.
